Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Designer/Developer to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. We are seeking a creative and technically proficient individual to work on multiple web application projects. You’ll create dynamic, user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and Bootstrap, working closely with us to bring our concepts to life. This role combines remote work with in-person meetings at co-working spaces near downtown Minneapolis, 3-4 times per week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop responsive and aesthetically appealing front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML5, and Bootstrap.

- Create working mockups with dynamic UI features.

- Collaborate with the team to translate requirements into interactive prototypes.

- Maintain high standards of design, usability, and performance.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience with JavaScript and dynamic front-end development.

- Strong knowledge of Bootstrap and HTML5 standards.

- A keen eye for design and user experience.

- Ability to create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces.

- Must be located in the Twin Cities (Minneapolis/St. Paul) metro area for in-person meetings.

- Prior experience with any modern programming language (e.g., Golang, PHP) is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

- Pay: Starting from $15-25/hour, based on experience.

- Flexible schedule, 20-40 hours per week.
